Dear Family,
For those of you who were there Sunday when a young woman fainted just before the sermon – she is just fine. They took her to the hospital, but tests revealed no serious concerns. You guys handled her medical need and the disruption beautifully. As always, I’m so proud of you. It was beautiful really – doctors and nurses helped, others with medical skills hovered nearby ready if needed and most of us stayed out of the way, prayed and let the caregivers tend to her. Some of you traveled with her husband to the hospital, many of you checked on her later – you are just a beautiful church!
• As previously announced – there are no plans to add a second Sunday service until increased attendance warrants it (most likely not until January.) There are plenty of seats on Sunday but parking is tough. I’d love for some of you to bypass empty parking spaces and voluntarily park on the field – that would be helpful and sacrificial. There will be parking help out before the 10:00 service each week to provide direction – please don’t run them over!
• Elections in our country are participated in by a startlingly small percentage of the populace. If you’re not registered to vote in Citrus County – the window to do so before the November elections is closing quickly. You can get registration information at here. To print and fill out the form go here.
• Need financial help? The deacons are appointed by the Father as His conduits to care for the struggling in His family. It is unbelief to not ask for help when your Father has provided a means for you to receive it. If you’re stuck financially – email Norma Duncanson to get in touch with the Deacons.
• One of the members of our church, Jeremy Eubanks, became addicted to prescription pain medication and made a series of foolish decisions which have cost him and his family dearly. Jeremy has just begun serving a 32-year sentence in a Federal Prison in California. I imagine that receiving letters from SRPC folks would deeply encourage him.

• This weekend in worship, we’ll commission the Beilmans as missionaries to Vienna, Austria! I’ll be preaching on Acts 2:1-13. Pray for the “fire” to fall afresh!
Sincerely,
